The staff is very knowledgable and understand the true value of customer service. Delicious Colorado draft beers on tap enjoyed in an open and inviting space alongside unique cocktails, fresh margaritas and best thing since sliced bread; "Gnargaritas. Vegetarian/vegan/family/even-if-you-are-all-alone/ friendly. Definitely should not be missed when visiting Salida!

Drove into town for dinner while staying at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and was not disappointed. The chips were very fresh and had substance, and the queso was nice and creamy. Salad bowl with chicken and steak burrito were both tastey. I would visit all the time if I lived in Salida.
On a road trip with four teenagers. It's really hard to find a place where everyone loves the mwnu and food. We found it in Mo's! Our party ordered bowls, burritos, and quesadillas. Fresh ingredients and yummy salsa. Everyone loved their food. The portions are huge too. Will definitely be back again!
The Black Bean Breakfast Burrito was surprisingly good. Great meat substitute in a breakfast burrito.

Fast and friendly service, generous portions, tasty food, and super chill vibes. Happy hour daily from 3-6 includes 2 for 1 beers! Their food menu is simple (think Chipotle, but with some serious salsa options), and they also have a separate bar with draft beer, wine, and liquor. Worth stopping in- great place to meet up with friends!
Great food one of the places I go the most especially for work super easy and fast to get and good amount for the price. Breakfast burritos a super good too
