Doesn't need to be. This restaurant does just fine on its own name. Great food, wonderful service and good price. That's about all you need and they have covered it.
So don't let rumors guide you. Pancakes should be your path not lies.

An old favorite that has been resurrected as Romeo's Pancake. A great place for breakfast or brunch. Good coffee, eggs, pancakes in various ways and forms. I am not a fan of the hash browns. Several Mexican influenced special available. This can be extremely busy at times so be prepared to wait on occasions. Well worth the time and effort.

Service is always outstanding. I love the waitress and I always luck out and get her tables. The hash browns aren't the best but the pancakes are really good.

This place is a must if you’re in Salida. Fast, friendly, and you have a pretty good view of the mountains! They were very fast and super nice. The server that we had was funny and came over to check on us plenty of times! The food was really good and it was somewhere I’d go again!

Food was tasty. Our waitress forgot to give us the extra side of bacon we asked for and I asked for white gravy+green chili on my bowl and she apparently forgot to put that. I always get nervous when they don’t write down my order and she didn’t. The power went out that day but I don’t think that effects one particular detail of my order if it was written down but she must think she’s good at memorizing. Apparently not perfect though.
Still, the chicken fried chicken bowl I had was yummy. The pancakes were delicious. Very friendly atmosphere. Cozy setting. Good coffee too.

The new owners of the former Patio Pancake Place are putting out great food and service, adding a couple of signatures dishes that make it their own. Great place for breakfast or lunch! Plus, they STILL serve the best pancakes in Chaffee County!

In from out of town and stopped here for breakfast. The staff was excellent! We were a group of 7 and all of our orders showed up fast, together, and was hot. I would definitely stop here again if in the area!

Our male waiter was fabulous on the spot 😉food was great enjoyed 🤩the atmosphere so much!!!We have never been to this restaurant before we were traveling. Definitely a spot to have breakfast 😋

Food was amazing. I think we came in during a shift change. The server was in a big hurry. Polite but we felt as if we held her back from something. Drop the food and the bill. Never came back to ask if we needed more drinks or how we were.

I appreciate the variety of their menu. I like to try different things, and I’ve yet to have a bad meal doing so. A real surprise is their soups! If you want great service, ask for Charles, although I doubt there’s a bad server in the place.

As good as it has ever been. I grew up with this place known as The Patio Pancake Place. The menu has changed a little but the food is still as good as ever. Still good service and prices are not to bad either. We will go back next time we are in town.

Passing through this morning I stopped for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing! Pancakes with cream cheese! Wow. The entire meal was scrumptious! I had eggs and Italian sausage with crispy hash brown. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome for breakfast. We went here and we are from Colorado Springs. The biscuits and gravy is very worth it and breakfast burrito is amazing. Takes up the whole plate. Very affordable and Michelle our waitress was busy but was amazing for being the only one that was there. She handled everything
