Arby's has some of the best coupon deals. As seniors, we really appreciate this. At least in this store, the food quality is quite good, too. They are also the only place in town to get a roast beef sandwich. Keep up the good work, Arby's.

So rude. The last few times I have been they have been awful. They told me they don't sell ham after breakfast. That's a lie because I have gotten ham and cheese sliders for lunch many times.

The food is usually good but the customer service is generally slow. Also, it shouldn't take someone 3 to 5 minutes to get someone at the counter to take your order. I saw this restaurant last week lose two paying customers inside because no one was manning the register and only when I spoke up did anyone finally show up. You've got people making sandwiches and standing everywhere but no one taking orders and one woman running around having to do the window and then the front counter. Get it together. Because your food is good and the portions fair and the coupon deals are great but it shouldn't take 5 minutes to have someone take my order.
