I was gonna give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done after today. After countless messed up orders (all I ever usually get is a small frozen chocolate; although I ordered a bagel as well) it pains me to give them even 1 star. Today, there was a plastic lid blended in with my drink!
I'm not sure why I keep giving this location a chance. Today, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a large hot chocolate. Bagel wasn't toasted, egg was lukewarm, and the cheese was cold. The bacon was the only correctly cooked part. The hot chocolate was okay. Only giving this location
