Dunkin'

Not sure why this location is still not open to the public when all other restaurants and coffee shops are open. I heard the owner is "cheap" and won't even turn the AC on for the employees working inside. Today my co-worker and I walked over there hoping to go inside for some cool air and a cold coffee, had to walk through the drive though-such a strange experience. Hopefully the owner reads these comments and opens the store back up like all other businesses have!

First time there. Walking in. Only guest there. Very clean. Ordered breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and turkey sausage on croissant. Awesome! Also tried the new brown sugar cold brew. Very good on a hot day! Service was excellent and speedy. Again I was the only one there but nonetheless. All around great experience. I will be back!

Big problem not having your store open to the public. At least then we can see what you have & point to the donuts we want—& get them. Drive through doesn’t work! Past two weeks, I’ve tried ordering & haven’t received it correctly. Obviously she doesn’t know the difference between a “cake” donut & a regular donut. 🥴 I’ll drive much further to Belvedere now where I can get fresh & accurate orders that I choose!

They have nasty attitude, not friendly and they all look like they hate working there. They don't do 2pm to 6pm deals For a large caramel ice coffee cream and sugar almost $5 they are ridiculous. In Cook County the highest tax county in the United States The Dunkin donuts from 2 PM to 6 PM is $2.19

I was gonna give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done after today. After countless messed up orders (all I ever usually get is a small frozen chocolate; although I ordered a bagel as well) it pains me to give them even 1 star. Today, there was a plastic lid blended in with my drink! I felt it in my mouth and immediately spat it out. Upon further inspection, there was a very large chunk of plastic settled in with hundreds of plastic chips. Pointless to drink. Will never be returning. I don't even want a replacement at this point. Unreal.

I'm not sure why I keep giving this location a chance. Today, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a large hot chocolate. Bagel wasn't toasted, egg was lukewarm, and the cheese was cold. The bacon was the only correctly cooked part. The hot chocolate was okay. Only giving this location a 2nd star because the drive thru was moving quickly. Keep your money and go elsewhere for breakfast. Update: I contacted corporate. They stated that the franchisee would be in touch. It's now been a month and that contact has never happened. *Update* It is now 44 days later. Corporate said the franchisee would contact me. It's never happened.

I have been going to this dunkin a few times a week since taking a job in the area. It has mostly been average for the typical coffee place. There are usually lines and if you customize your drink expect it to be wrong more often than not, but it is what it is, unfortunately, and most consumers have to settle for sub-par service and overpriced goods. Today was over the top bad and I have to post a review. Between my girlfriend and myself we probably spend 50+ a week on coffee through the dunlin app. My drink tasted more off than usual today, and when I got to the bottom of my drink I noticed a folded sticker inside my cup. I'm pretty sure I have a piece of it stuck in my throat as I am writing this. I don't see how this could be an accident but I will not be returning again.
