Dunkin'

Normally I love coming here, but today after waiting 30 minutes in line, I received frozen mini bagels. They were stone cold in the center. I asked them to remake them and they were still frozen solid. I decided to just take them home and heat them up. I tried to call to let them know they were having problems and so they wouldn't continue handing out frozen food but no one answered and the answering machine requires a password to talk to them.

I placed a mobile order with payment, so I wasn't aware they were out of espresso until I got there. I always add an extra shot to my iced macchiato for a total of 3 shots. The woman at the window tried to give me a regular iced coffee without saying anything. She seemed very confused why I'd be upset and want the refund. It was almost $6 and I was only receiving a regular coffee. I thought I had reached an understanding with her until she handed me the refund receipt for the extra shot only. She had refunded me $1. She still could not understand why I was upset or seem to understand the difference. I finally gave up and just drove off. I love my Dunkin at home, that place was awful.

Get it together how hard is it to do your job correctly. Not trying to down play what y’all do for a living but good grief. Sad I came here a few months ago and did not receive all my donuts. Today is 1/14/22 08:20 I received all ten munchkins this time but it’s the wrong order. You even repeated the order back to me Blueberry and Glazed only not whatever flavor we want to give you.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Literally the WORST dunkin you can ever go to. They were understaffed by having 5 employees at the time and locked the front door and put up a sign that they will be only taking orders through drive thru. Waited behind cars on foot and they refused to take my order at the drive thru in the cold. Please don't spend your money here and be disrespected.
