The child manager on the late shift doesn't know a thing about managing and customer service. They refused to correct their mistake to an order and wanted me to go back around the drive through and wait another 30 minutes to get the order corrected. Threatened to call the police on me when I told him I'm not waiting another 30 minutes in the drive though just for him to keep his drive through time down. Told him good job on the food waste because I'm not paying for it and he can just eat it and drove off. I will never go to that Taco Bell again (if any) until he is removed and a proper adult who knows how to properly manager customers is put in place.

Been here many times, service time is great. I've only had 2 times where my order was wrong, I was given quesadillas instead of the chalupas I had ordered. The staff was great at correcting my order offering a refund or giving me the food that I had ordered. Really friendly staff, this is the only taco bell I go to in Salem all the others I have had nothing but issues with service time and my orders being wrong

Don’t read your order, I think they just skin over parts of it. Have ordered chips and cheese multiple times and they rarely get both items. I’ll get the chips no cheese or cheese no chips… also don’t expect sauce even if you ask for it and place it on your order, they won’t give it to you. Taco Bell has always been our go to for the fact you can feed hungry boys after practice for minimal money. We won’t be visiting this location again

WORST EXPERIENCE . Don’t go here. Asked if there was coffee . They said yes. Even asked if I wanted creamer. Got to the window, paid for my food and no coffee. I said I didn’t want another drink, I just wanted the money back for it. Server was flustered, stressed…. There was a long line behind me so I said forget it, keep the money and left. I literally paid $8 for tacos worth about half of that. And it wasn’t worth the guy explaining why he was charging me for something I didn’t even get??? Not worth it. Horrific customer service. DO NOT GO HERE.

Been sitting on hold with their corporate customer service number for over 30 minutes trying to resolve a 2 month old issue regarding MOLDY FOOD!!! I went through this drive through two months ago, saw mold on my cheesy gordita crunch, after already eating a whole one... ew.. who knows if that one had mold too! I sent in a complaint right away via their website and after a few weeks of hearing back NOTHING I sent another complaint! I would hope that a company would take moldy food being served to customers more seriously but no.. I have to call corporate two months later and sit on hold longer than I would if calling the DMV!
