I was passing through driving almost 6+hrs. Dré brewed fresh coffee and well prepped to keep me up rest of my entire trip. I should thank him how he cared for my need and made the best coffee I ever had in a Starbucks.

Dré provided such an amazing customer service experience. I think it's so silly to review a Starbucks in a city/state I don't even live in, but I needed to say this because he was so kind, helpful, and friendly. I wish I could start my day like that everyday!

Just passing through, was a great visit. Customer service was great. Cleaniness of the Starbucks was very good. Also I got the pork shoulder sandwich it was made perfectly. You can tell the staff cares about quality.

Went through the drive/thru, got in lane behind another vehicle at 9:00pm, got to the window to pick up my 2 coffees that I paid $7.99 for and got one coffee and one coffee water, YES I got a pour over from the first cup and I guess they used one for both coffees. It was bad!!! If you don’t want to serve me just tell me and I will go to Sheetz, Starbucks on Electric Rd in Salem, they will cheat you through the DRIVE/THRU!!!!

I usually love it here but today I paid for a caramel macchiato and it didn’t have any espresso in it. It was just steamed caramel milk. I am sad.

The caramel macchiato did not have much Expresso. Tasted like milk and some caramel. It was unfortunate since other Starbucks caramel macchiato tastes great!

Good customer service. I usually enjoy all my drinks I get there, but my last visit I didn’t enjoy my drink something was missing in it, I had to add more sugar when I got home which didn’t really help. Other than that it’s a good Starbucks.
