Never disappointed! Stopped in Roanoke especially to stop at Chick-fil-A because we don't have one near to where we live. Once again it was excellent and well mannered employees. Can tell they have had some up bringing!
Every fast food chain should mimic that of chick fil a. They have created a culture of positive, eager to work and help people employees that never stand around. They quickly acknowledge you by name, they grab your order efficiently and then like a machine, they have you paid and out of there with your food (which is always hot and fresh) in no time! The communication with radios announcing special orders and swift execution of deliverance at the window of the drive through is unmatched by any other. Everyone already knows this and comes through here, but if you are one of those who have never tried chick fil a, it will totally ruin all other fast food experiences for you…that’s how good they are, and they are totally worth the wait if the line is half way around the building and into the road! Would 100% recommend!
This Chik Fil A is always super busy when I am there during lunch hours but the line moves fast and the food is out to your vehicle in record time if you are in the drive-thru. I have not been inside to the dining area in months but it was clean and well-tended when I was there. Staff is courteous and kind, always helpful and happily so. Really like this location, very convenient to where I am heading directly after finishing up there. The dining area is currently open. It is always open when I am there, I'm not sure if it is one of the places that closes it when lacking staff or not. Otherwise a great place with consistently good food.
I just ate there and had an issue with my salad(no big deal) they were super attentive to fixed. They are always super kind and quick service. Manager super nice too
Awesome! Store was very clean, speed of getting food was quick. staff was so kind n friendly. Highly recommend anyone going near Salem Va stop here for good n fresh food
The owners are great. food is great The buns are always so tasty. Thanks to the owners and his wonderful staff. And let’s not forget Erin the most kindest person you will ever meet.I hope @Chic-fil-a knows what an Asset she is.
Harls to be one of the most efficient Chick-fil-As ever. The food is always fresh, the employees are always smiling. I highly recommend eating here.
