HORRIBLE PLACE, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! OK where do I begin, the food is actually Mediocre at best , let me start there, I don’t mind the food it’s OK I think some of it is actually pretty good but I’ve heard a lot of people say they really do not like the food whatsoever so I guess it’s a personal choice for everybody whether you like it or not but what I will say is that take your money elsewhere, do not give these people a single penny of your money or grace them with your presence, these are the rudest Asian people I have ever met in my life, they are rude disrespectful they have no customer service skills and no hospitality and to be quite honest they don’t deserve to even be serving us or making any money off of us every time we go in there they treat you like you’re a complete loser but gladly take your money, go somewhere else trust me. And this is coming from someone who absolutely loves Asian people. Have dated Asian people and love their culture and have many Asian friends!! These are horrible people!!

Love the broccoli and garlic sauce from here. Not too spicy or greasy and pretty consistent with the size and flavor each time. I've found that with some other restaurants this dish can vary drastically each time I order it and I haven't been able to figure out why other than each chef uses his own recipe. Like China Star's the best.

Have been a loyal customer for many years, Ordering there food with no problems. They know that I need them to call when the driver gets here because the door is locked downstairs, so I gotta go down to unlock it. It's never been a problem before tonight and they have always called and I would go down to get the food. Tonight I ordered gave them my debit card number, they charged it, waited over 45 minutes. No call. I call them to let them know my food has not arrived and I am answered by some rude man saying "You ordered food?!! Oh my god! Go downstairs!" . I go down to get my food, and I am greeted by a woman who I've seen before, and she has seen me (she delivered food sometimes) . And she claims she called me 4 times (Which she did not.) I ask her if she has the right number. I couldn't tell what her answer was. I then ask her to call me right there to see if the connection works. She calls, and my phone rings just fine. They must have been calling the wrong number or didn't call at all, and then they tried to make it look like it was my fault and that I didn't pick up the phone. After many years of ordering from these guys, I will not do so again. Disrespectful, disgusting, rude. I'm even questioning eating my food after the attitude I saw from them. Tip : Do not give these guys your debit or credit card number. They will charge you instantly, and will bring your food late, or maybe not at all. To the owner : Want me to remove this review? Issue an apology to me and admit when you did something wrong instead of being disrespectful.

My go to place. Great hot and sour soup! Very fulfilling and hearty. Not watery ...has that nice heaviness a good one needs and lots of great ingredients. Rangoons, boneless ribs and beef teriaki are yummy too. Chicken wings and fried stuff hit an miss with quality. Many times overcooked an crunchy. Everything is always hot and fresh.never any errors
