Server was nice and she did a great job.
However, the bathroom had no soap, not one dispenser had soap. At 12 o'clock in the afternoon I find it hard to believe they ran out. So, I assume the cooks, servers and customers can not wash there hands. I ordered thr sporkie. The sporkie is a small personal sized pizza with mozzarella and sausage. There must be a major sausage shortage becuase the thing had 4 small peices on the entire pizza. The lunch also came with a salad. I would say that was just as bad as the pizza, but it was the better part of meal even know I got a house when I ordered a Cesar. This is my second time there this month and it was my last.

Bertucci's Sampler is an appetizer that is a must-try! They provide good service despite the lack of manpower. Two thumbs up for this restaurant/ fast food for those who love Italian cuisine.

Had dinner tonight and had a wonderful experience. Courtney was our waitress and she was awesome! She was quick, on top of things, knowledgeable and checked on us often. The food was great, and service was even better. We love good service and today we got just that!! Thanks Courtney !!

Thank you Sam the amazing waitress! We really wanted to try the pizza, and she let us in even though they were crazy busy. And gave the best smiliest service.
Also great starter of bread and olive oil, Pizza is amazing, fun to sit in with a cold beer.

Wanted to take my wife out for a birthday dinner! From the start we waited for the waitress to come over to take our order. She thought what we order was easy enough. (That was the comment she made) We ordered a soda, two waters, large salad, bread and a large Ultimate Bertucci pizza. The rolls were not cooked all the way, the salad had way too much dressing! Our pizza was cold, because she had to be reminded that it was ready. We askes for fresh rolls and she told us we had to wait for them. We didn't receive the rolls until we were on are way out the door. I understand that most restuants are short staffed but it wasn't that busy. We waited from start to finish two and a half hours. We have had a couple of problems but have not waited that long and received cold pizza and dough rolls from Bertucci's before!!! # disappointed!!!

I have never had a bad meal here. My family and I have been coming here for years. The employees and experience is always top shelf. I have came back again to shair some pictures or my experience. This time I got Alli my usual waitress. Who lovingly revamped my usual bourbon sour for the holiday, July fourth.

Planned this meal for my family to have on Easter Sunday. Ordered a very large catering order, days before hand so there would be plenty of time. Day and time rolls around to feed my large group, restaurant would not answer calls, wouldn’t come outside to curbside, they completely ghosted me and my entire order. I will never ever come back. My dinner was ruined and I was completely embarrassed.

Went on a Monday AFTERNOON (4:30) to avoid dinner rush. Waited 10 minutes with no line to be seated in a 1/3 filled restaurant. Once seated drink order came in ten minute intervals (there were three of us. Order taken 30 minutes after seating. Hubs got some kind of chicken dish but NOT what he ordered and it was cold. My order of chicken domani was the size of a lunch order for full price. Waitress never checked to see if everything was okay and when we got her attention to order more drinks never got them. 90 minutes plus for awful service. We won’t be going back.

This is a hard review to give, we visited Bertucci’s tonight; Our waiter Nick was fabulous and the food was spot on but the cleanliness and hostess were less than par. The manager seemed to be hard at work but his back was turned to all the action or should I say the lack of it.
When we walked in and almost walked out, every table was dirty and THREE ladies were leaning on the counter talking, I had to interrupt them to get service. It’s was around 7pm and the resturant was half empty.
We were walked to of course a dirty table which was quickly wiped down flinging the straw wrappers and a butter knife on the floor were they stayed for our entire visit. This was the same service the next three customers received.
My husband and I continued to watch mostly out of disbelief the waiters and waitress ran around assisting customers while these three ladies barley moved for our entire hour long visit unless of course they were checking there phone and on an occasion seating a customer.

I dont normally write reviews but I have to say that this bertuccis was horrible. We waited 1 hr to get in on a Saturday eve, and had a horrible experience. The appetizer was the chicken wing sampler and was cold, salad was drenched, soggy and swimming in dressing. Our entrees were lousy. My chicken piccatta had extremely hard chicken I had to saw down hard with my knife to try to cut, and tasteless. The fetuccini underneath was hard and not edible(Not al dente). Waitress forgot our bread and 2nd round of drinks. Other waitresses came by with other people's entrees and tried to put on our table ...3 times! Dessert was a chocolate chip cookie with ice cream which was ok. My tiramasu drink was delicious from the bar. The waitress was nice enough but the staff as a whole was disorganized and slow. We ended up eating our dessert and drinks as the rest was awful. We were thoroughly disappointed. Do not recommend.

Absolutely wonderful. The food lacked luster. However, it was completely overshadowed by the service. My daughter and I had a wonderful time.

Today is the second time I have been here in the passed four months! The last time we waited forever and received cold food. Now, we are here again and have been waiting thirty minutes (so far)and we all only ordered pasta! Shame on me for coming here again!

We go here all the time and enjoy seeing the familiar waiters and waitresses at the Salem NH Restaurant.
Always so nice, friendly and attentative.
The food was great but Meal portions, Rolls and even the coffee cups seemed to have been downsized in just a week since our last visit.
Is this the new way Bertucchi's is heading with there menu's?
Even the wife mentioned what I was thinking.
Do the meals seem smaller to you and I said oh yeah. Noticed right off the bat!
Won't stop us from going there but maybe not as much as we use too.
