Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

Server was nice and she did a great job. However, the bathroom had no soap, not one dispenser had soap. At 12 o'clock in the afternoon I find it hard to believe they ran out. So, I assume the cooks, servers and customers can not wash there hands. I ordered thr sporkie. The sporkie is a small personal sized pizza with mozzarella and sausage. There must be a major sausage shortage becuase the thing had 4 small peices on the entire pizza. The lunch also came with a salad. I would say that was just as bad as the pizza, but it was the better part of meal even know I got a house when I ordered a Cesar. This is my second time there this month and it was my last.

Wanted to take my wife out for a birthday dinner! From the start we waited for the waitress to come over to take our order. She thought what we order was easy enough. (That was the comment she made) We ordered a soda, two waters, large salad, bread and a large Ultimate Bertucci pizza. The rolls were not cooked all the way, the salad had way too much dressing! Our pizza was cold, because she had to be reminded that it was ready. We askes for fresh rolls and she told us we had to wait for them. We didn't receive the rolls until we were on are way out the door. I understand that most restuants are short staffed but it wasn't that busy. We waited from start to finish two and a half hours. We have had a couple of problems but have not waited that long and received cold pizza and dough rolls from Bertucci's before!!! # disappointed!!!

I have never had a bad meal here. My family and I have been coming here for years. The employees and experience is always top shelf. I have came back again to shair some pictures or my experience. This time I got Alli my usual waitress. Who lovingly revamped my usual bourbon sour for the holiday, July fourth.

Planned this meal for my family to have on Easter Sunday. Ordered a very large catering order, days before hand so there would be plenty of time. Day and time rolls around to feed my large group, restaurant would not answer calls, wouldn’t come outside to curbside, they completely ghosted me and my entire order. I will never ever come back. My dinner was ruined and I was completely embarrassed.
