Taco Bell

Awful service, stood twenty minutes waiting for my food. When there was no line. I asked for no tomatoes because the person eating it has a sensitivity to tomatoes. Gave the wrong person my food, then tried to picked off with his hands the tomatoes and tried to give me that. I asked him politely to make me a new one. After making seven other people’s orders he then go to mine, and I asked to have a refund at that point. They said they didn’t know how and their boss was taking a test. If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. From a man in black uggs, with no teeth.

I had been craving Taco Bell for a long time and was greatly disappointed with the food. My 7 layer burrito was cold. My soft taco supreme didn't have sour cream. The power protein chicken burrito was good. There were two workers assembling and they weren't very customer service focuses. They called out order numbers and handed you a bag of food. No eye contact or asking if you needed anything. I love when places review your order before handing out over to you. Can't expect much for minimum wage employees I suppose.

Every time I come here they mess up my order at the drive thru! Last time it was a Doritos taco they just straight up didn't give me... that 2 dollars paid for 20 more tacos to be made and sold for 2 dollars to net a 1000% profit off my misfortune. I will never come to this establishment again and will possibly rethink my life decisions about purchasing fast food in the future. In the end it was a learning experience

Was at the food court at the mall,and the wife went to order 1 burrito for one of my twin boys,they took her order and then informed her that they ran out of ground beef. So she said no problem,make it chicken. 20min later,she gets the burrito,and my som bites it and it ends up being steak.by that time,everyone else was done eating. So we werent gonna wait any longer to correct the order.

Was shopping with my son who wanted taco bell for lunch so after shopping for about An hour we go for lunch it's about 11:15 every other restaurant is open I walk to Taco bell it's closed and the worker is literally walking by me with food in hand from another vendor here just walking in I checked website says should be open at 11 it's now 11:28 stop closed
