So done with this pizza place. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and had it delivered. It was so salty as if someone dumped salt all over it. We called and this women was condescending and was like sorry but that’s the way our pizza is we don’t have salt at our stations then she offered to make us a new one with a “different” sauce or refund us. We said make new one please. This was at 8:30pm. It is now 10pm and we still have not received our pizza and we called again but the place is closed! We had kids to feed who were waiting to eat and go to bed. This place has by far the worst customer service I had ever experienced in my life. I’ll never ever order from this place ever again! I will be calling for my refund tomorrow!

I had outstanding service here! The gentleman named Kevin at the front was such a gem! So kind, friendly, and he also makes a mean pizza! 10/10 I’d go there to see Kevin again and his wicked good pizzas.

That guy Kevin should be running the show he is awesome!!! So nice, he told me to have a great day when I left from picking up my pizza! No one has ever said that to me here… Kevin is a keeper!!! Pizza was nice and hot also!!

Figured I would give this location one last try; I really like Papa Gino's pizza, however it was a miserable experience.... Again! Started with girl at counter & I immediately knew it was going down hill; she appeared bothered that I was there. I picked-up pizza, when I got home & opened box I was extremely disappointed. The buffalo chicken pizza was extremely undercooked, awkwardly shaped, had very little chicken, looked very "wet", and was barely edible. Sorry to say; that will be my final visit to the Cluff Crossing Papa Gino's in Salem, NH. Picture of last purchase prior to this posting.

This was my first time eating pizza in quite a while. The woman who made the pizza was awesome. The pizza was 5 star. Crispy, hot, cheesy. Perfectly done. I will def be back. Also with the whole covid thing going on I did notice she washed her hands before starting to cook. Well trained, her name was Ashley.

After a long day, a young man named Kevin greeted me and made me feel right at home. The food was delicious, hot, and you could tell they put their hearts into it. I haven't been to Papa Ginos in years and it ended up being just what I needed

My sister and I stopped in for lunch, service and food was amazing! The gentleman helping us named Kevin was so friendly and nice. I hope this facility takes care of their employees because he is a keeper!!! Will be back again.
