The meals are delicious and the stuff is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we enjoy a cheerful evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

This place is super good. We ordered a little bit of everything and they were able to keep up with us. There were no errors in the food that was ordered. The pancakes and French toast are instant classics. The Philly cheese steak was also very good. The hot chocolate is bottomless so I would recommend ordering that. Definitely come here! You won't be disappointed

Let's start with that I love IHOP but... I was waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes and when some more people arrived then someone came to seat a lady behind me. Really?!
The waitress was nice and friendly, the food was okay.
They have an amazing selection so it's always fun to go back and try something else... similarly trying a different IHOP!!

The IHop in Salem, MA is nice. Service is good. Food is good. Unlike the Saugus, MA location.
On New Year's Day, since the 25% capacity limit went into effect, we were told there was a 25 minute wait. We only used the restroom and left. However, when we left, we saw people being seated. We were not in the restroom 25 minutes. The sign on the window in Saugus said 50% capacity. When we mentioned it, the manager did not say he would update the sign.

Food was good when it came out, except my bacon wasnt cooked. I dont like when bacon is not cooked, it runs for me. The waitress was ok.
