After a few visits, this place is just not my favorite fast food joint unfortunately. My vegetarian partner likes Carlies as they offer a beyond burger— which is great to see become more common! However, the other items I’ve tried haven’t been particularly tasty or memorable even by fast food standards. This is a lot more forgivable when you’re not spending much, but at around $8-9 per sandwich, the total adds up quick. The last chicken sandwich I tried was maybe the soggiest, limpest thing I can recall getting from a drive through. It’s fast food, so the bar isn’t high as far as quality goes in general of course. But I think it’s fair to expect something fresh, crispy and tasty if you’re spending what they’re asking. For the quality, I’d sooner go to Burger King and spend 2/3 the money if I want a quick bite on the go. Or spend the same amount of money and go to Five Guys, for a significantly better quality burger, fries, shake, etc. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly, accommodating and prompt. No complaints there.

Stopped in at Carl's Jr this afternoon for a quick trip through the Drive Thru for a quick snack. The Drive Thru was quick, easy, staff were curteous and professional, completed order accurately, quickly, and with a smile 😃. Stopped by here in the afternoon and there was no one else in the drive thru other than us yet when we looked at our order our cinnamon roll was placed on it's side which dripped all over everything, the fries where ruined our sauces forgotten we have tried this location twice for the hot honey sauce and have not received it both times. Frustrated.
