Burger King

Very rude "manager". I explained that I didn't think that the bag of food was mine,there was food in the bag that I didn't order. He raised his voice repeating my order at the window and then said that I was complaining after I was given "free food". He handed the food back to me and told me that I was embarrassing my daughter and to leave! I said that I hope that he was not the manager and he said yes he is and again to leave because I was holding up the line! I told him that he was really rude! And gave him a thumbs up and he sarcastically said "you're number 1". Crazy!! I will not be returning to this burger king! Totally ridiculous! Rude,no customer service!

Should be Zero stars but that's not an option. Staff is beyond rude. We waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich. The woman who brought it to our car told me we hadn't been waiting that long, then told us they have to cook the chicken 5-6 minutes, then "bread" it and it takes time to make fries too.... still don't know how that takes over 20 minutes. When I said maybe they could have common customer service and either explain the wait up front OR apologize, she was beyond rude making comments under her breath as she literally just walked away. Bag wasn't even closed, just balled up from the woman grabbing it and almost literally throwing it in our car. Sandwich was an absolute disaster with sauce all over the outside of the sandwich. What an absolute joke of a "restaurant"... not surprised staff work there because theyd never survive at a real job

The woman who took my drive thru order was very nice, my ham,egg,and cheese croissant was nice and hot. The only thing I don't like is when I order coffee I'd much rather receive my own sugar and creamer so I can sweeten it myself it never seems like I get the right combination when it's done for me.

Aside from this over hype cOViD ..like any business, short staff that try. Some of these review are over the top. These workers are polite and try even while some of these other customers think they are better then others and rude. These workers, not kids, do a awesome job with what there given with. Its fast food..you want good food, learn to cook...no 5 star cause i dont give 5 stars to anything.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a plant-based burger and the entire time the kitchen staff were swearing and yelling because they were mad about it for some reason. They probably spit in my food, which was cold anyway. Completely rude staff and I do not recommend wasting your time and money. Will never go back.
