I ordered a lady bug cake a week in advance and they still got the date wrong. And on top of that I told them my name multiple times and they still got it wrong so when I picked up the cake they were confused. And parts of the cake design are falling off. I did not enter the store so I cannot speak to it's accessibility but the hot fudge sundae was delicious, made quickly and very much enjoyed.

Stopped by for some coffee with my nephew and was so pleased with the customer service. The girls are always so joyful and helpful. My cappuccino blast was delicious as always :)

I asked for a scoop of gold medal ribbon on a chocolate dipped cone, she gave me one with sprinkles on it instead. She did not speak very good English and I don't know Spanish. She did not even scoop ice cream into the cone just the top part and I'm sorry but paying $4 something for the cone and not

They has 3 employees working. All 3 greeted me and were very polite. I ordered 3 creature creations and one scoop. They got it done fast and even helped 3 other people in less then 5 mins. I only did a 4 because they didn't have the proper head bands for the kids creations scoops.

I always go out of my way to go to this location even though it's farther from me because the service is so friendly!! I've only ever had great experiences here, and the ice cream is great too.
