We are in Salem for a month and asked the girl at Dutch Bros. for taco recommendations. She sent us to Ricky’s Tacos. We’ve been back twice since then, we love this place. The prices are low low low and the food is delicious. Tuesday is “Taco Tuesday” and chicken tacos are only $1.00! You just can’t beat that price. We will come every Tuesday that we are in the Salem area, without a doubt. The green sauce has a real good taste and the red sauce is the hotter of the two. I recommend adding equal amounts of both to your taco, burrito, or torta. We have tried other Mexican spots in town, and each and every time we ended up saying: “We should have gone to Ricky’s.”

This has been my go to for years! The super tacos are delicious. For a small little taco truck to be able to stay in buisness next to a giant food yard is really saying something.
