So I’m the first picture I asked for everything but spinach and tomato and other asked for Cali Turkey, Italian herbs and cheese. Motzerella cheese, avocado. Comes on it.
VEGGIES: lettuce, onions, green peppers, cucumbers and jalapenos.
SAUCE: Chipotle and mayo! but I mean I won’t be going to this place again at night time anymore

Today's experience was uncomfortable. I have had other guys serve me there before and they were very nice and sweet. We have been here a few times. We even came multiple times in one week before. We are locals and this location was convenient. The employee who served me today was Josie I believe was extremely rude. Soooo much attitude it was uncomfortable even asking her to put stuff on the sandwich. It's not like she just doesn't want to be there, it's extreme anger and rudeness towards customers. Don't put mean employees to serve customers, give them jobs that don't involve interaction with customers. We are going to check out another subway in West salem.

Walked into an organized and clean store. Promptly greeted and taken care of with a smile and a pleasant attitude! And my sandwich was perfect! Thanks for that meatball sub!

The food is pretty ok but there was an ant colony living in the soda machine. They were crawling all around it and there were dead ones in the drain.

Location is nice and convenient use to be a great place but I’ve had numerous issues with a worker named Jesse. I can never hear what he is asking he looks down and won’t make eye contact- and it’s like I’m pulling teeth if I dare ask him to speak up or repeat the question. Today I went in an asked him to speak up and he put an insane amount of salt on my sandwich (it was crunchy from the amount of salt). I get everyone has off days but this is on a repeated occasion. Needless to say I advise everyone to steer clear and drive to the other location in West Salem!

The food is good, but it’s hard to mess up a sandwich. The service is not that great. Sometimes, you’ll go in and the person behind the counter is kind, and really cares about your satisfaction. Other times, you’ll go in and the person behind the counter is rude and couldn’t care less if you choked on your food. It really depends when you go in.

From the moment I stepped foot inside. The service was not too happy to stop what they were doing to serve me. Food was as good as it gets here at subway.
As far as freshness.. . Veggies were visiting other veggies in their containers.
Wilting lettuce and old tomato.
Not too happy with the cleanliness or service.
I suggest you Save your money and go somewhere else.

Very polite and nice with my mobile order. I thought they had forgotten to add an ingredient to one of my sandwiches and I unfortunately left feedback for my order stating such. Upon inspection of the receipt I realized I had failed to add the ingredient when making my order. I apologize for my hastiness.
Sandwiches were delicious and staff were super friendly. I will definitely be back!
