I usually don’t complain about fast food restaurants, but the last 3 times we’ve had chipotle the chips were days old stale. And no joke all FOUR of our dishes had multiple hairs in them. The first and second hair my daughter and I assumed was our own until my son and husband found hairs in their as well. We live 15 miles away and didn’t see this until we got home home and of course can’t get customer service on the phone so this was my last resort to make sure everyone was warmed before eating here.

Missing sides for our order that we paid extra for. Since the bag is sealed there is no way to verify that our order is complete. I usually don’t leave reviews because all humans make a mistake every once in awhile but mistakes seem to be consistent here. The sides (sour cream, guacamole, etc.) make the dry meat in the quesadilla palatable. At least my dog got a treat tonight!

I patronize this restaurant because it is one of my son's girlfriend's favorite. They both love the salad bowls and the various toppings available. In my opinion, it's a little pricey for what you get, but the service makes up for it.

7:00 p.m. on a Sunday no corn, no veggies, no chips available. The rice was so old and dried out it tasted like it had sand in it. Very bad food quality. We will not be going to this location again. This is not the only time we have had these issues with this location.

Good food. I like the idea of building my own burrito. However, the guy building it seemed a put off that I didn’t want rice. (Rice doesn’t belong in a burrito)

The food is 5+; we love it. You pick what & how much you want from the many available FRESH food choices.
The service is mostly good; the occasional grumpy attitude keeps the rating at 4.

Went the other night and it was fabulous! Tried ordering online tonight, and what I had was good, but not quite what I ordered.🙁Not exactly what I'd call extra lettuce based on what I've gotten in the past.

This store and it's company is pathetic. How about not stealing customer's money by taking orders when you aren't even open and accepting payment knowing full well the order will not be fulfilled. Seriously shameful behavior...
