First time enjoying their spicy taters and farmer's burger. Delicious, plentiful offering, loaded with juicy meat and flavourful filling. Dining here was especially nice as it was a slow afternoon and the dining room was either crowded nor noisy. (Their dining room was also quite spacious and comfortable.) Fries were my chosen side, and they were excellent. Washed everything down with their authentic root beer, which was delicious in the richness of its flavour. I foresee returning here again. Friendly staff rounded out an otherwise pleasant visit and late-afternoon dining experience. Definitely comes recommended.

I haven't ate at Venti's since I moved away from Salem but it's more upscale these days with the amazing flavors and dishes I remember from way back when. Awesome Korean BBQ! The curry fries were delicious! Spicy Mac was great! Hummus falafel plate was good! Tasty drinks!! We very much enjoyed our lunch!!!

I've been a Venti's customer for 10 years. Back before downtown's remodel or the expansion on Commercial. I would kick it with one of the chefs and would come by nearly every week. It would not be an exaggeration that Venti's Spicy Mac was a regular topic of conversation while at other restaurants. I would always send friends here when they were passing through. That just isn't the case anymore. This review is in the vein of "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed". Over the last 6-7 years prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Gradually food has become less rich with lower quality. Simple plates replaced by flavorless, but trendy dishes. Today, the Mac and cheese was oily, bodiless, and hardly spicy. The street tacos were bland, full of soggy meat, and overall not appetizing. That's $17 for the mac & $14 for the tacos. There has been more than one day over the last few years when dishes have come out cold. I don't believe this has anything to do with individual employees. The years over which this decline has occurred can only come from one place, management. The choice of ingredients, instructions on how long to take on a dish, and where the company spends its time and money are all at play here. The cool thing is that management also has the power to make changes for the better. Return to a simpler dish format, emphasize quality over speed, and work with higher quality ingredients that carry the richness Venti's food used to have. If those things return, the prices would make sense but as it currently stands the price is no longer commensurate with the food being served, in my opinion. I hope things change for the better.

A friend recommended Venti's for the vegan options, and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and found three separate menus, one regular, one for vegan options, and one for gluten free options. It made it incredibly easy to find something to order and be certain that it was vegan. We ordered the chorizo burger with tots and the grilled cheese with spicy tots. The food was exceptionally good, and the service was top notch. The tap list for beer had over 20 options and they offered pints as well as imperial pints. Overall I really enjoyed the restaurant, the prices are a bit higher, but after tasting the food I would say it's worth it.
