Dairy Queen - Salem - Photo album

So we have noticed a decline in the food for awhile now, but this was by far the worst we've had. The buns were burnt and the meat was cold. We couldn't even eat the food. We ordered 6 burgers and every single one was like that. We won't be going back again.

Absolutely the worst location by far! Their none existent customer service should close this store down! No attention upon entering. When someone finally slowly made his way to the cash register. I asked for the bathroom code so my daughter could use the restroom. At which point he held it hostage

Do not go to this Dairy Queen….. So Freaking nasty!!! I swear I have gone there many times but the last 2 times were awful. I’m 100% they microwaved all the burgers I got and the fry’s taste of nasty grease that hasn’t been changed for months. I’m not going back to this Dairy Queen again.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to, and that’s too bad because I really like DQ food. I keep returning because it’s close to my house, hoping the food and service will improve but it actually keeps getting worse. If that’s even possible.

So disappointed. My first fast food in years. The hamburger was way too salty, the fries were soggy and tasteless and too salty, and the pecans in the blizzard were bitter, which I think means they were rancid. I'll still buy cones, but nothing else.

One of the only DQs were the employees are generally nice! Never had anyone be rude to me here. DQs are notorious for their customer service. I had a manager throw a frier tray at me once. So this place is an oasis of happyness in comparison haha.
