Dairy Queen

Absolutely the worst location by far! Their none existent customer service should close this store down! No attention upon entering. When someone finally slowly made his way to the cash register. I asked for the bathroom code so my daughter could use the restroom. At which point he held it hostage and refused to give it to us until i purchased something. Which, I was literally in the process of! Then another employee makes a b line for the same bathroom and at this point i am getting impatient. He tells me to forget it and deletes my order all together! Wow! I can say i will NEVER visit this location again and will spread the word as well! Way to go dairy queen! Serving you community so well!

This is the WORST customer service ever. I was going to drive through for food today on a work trip. I stopped to use the restroom and was told it was for customers only. I’ve been on the road driving for awhile and needed a bathroom before I could think about food. I explained I was planning to use the drive through. They stated that they could only let me use the bathroom if I had paid for food. Again I explained I would once I could use the facilities. They would not budge. Now, I am a professional working female. I was wearing dress clothes and make up and clearly not a drug user or homeless person. But my bladder was full and I needed to drive through and get back on the road. I would not have made it. So not only did I not get a bathroom but they did not get my business nor will they ever get my business.

Burger was cold and questionable to whether it was fully cooked or not. The cheese wasn't even melted. The bun just crumbled and fell apart when you took a bite. Definitely not fresh. The fries were hard and cold. Some had black spots on them. The cookies in the blizzard were stale. When I addressed these issues with the manager, she just smiled and shrugged it off. Terrible service.
