Manager Kimmy is by far the MOST disrespectful person I have ever met at a fast food restaurant, which is really saying something considering the level of service most fast food places aspire to. I had the audacity to ask for her name after she was incredibly rude to me and she just about lost it. I will never be coming to this restaurant again.

The menu board shows only 1/3 of the specials, when you ask about a special advertised only on a difficult to see window the order taker acts "snotty", because the customer is the problem. Then when you order the item, they tell you you should order it differently, when you order it their way the order is misunderstood by other staff. The order would have been larger but I don't like to give business for "snotty" impatient service. You food is really good, your specials and prices are good. You customer service and management designed ordering process make you a waste of my time. Usually just not worth the trouble. But at least the lines aren't very long because other people have given up on your behavior as well. Oh and most times you close early with the lights on so customers can waste their times trying to order at the drive thru.

Once again completely let down by this location. You can never tell if they're going to be open or not, the day the sign on the lobby door says the Lobby is closed use the drive-thru. And then there's cones blocking the drive-thru. So apparently they're closed? You can never tell with this place it's a joke

Wow, have the prices gone up! Why is fast food so expensive now? And at these prices, you shouldn't be forgetting my items.. And the food I did get was old. Stale/cold fries and cold sloppy sandwiches (picked up at location & photos taken immediately when opened). Maybe it's time to just leave this hard stuff to robots and automation?
