One of the better Starbuck's I've been to. Extensive seating area with very pleasant outdoor seating, and a floor plan that is very conducive to group meetings. Friendly staff and clean facilities, if I lived in Salem I'd work here all the time.

My caramel macchiato drink was great and I can get it made with almond milk since I am lactose intolerant. The cashier was friendly and let me know cold drinks are 50% off on Tuesdays.
The staff are so kind. Got harassed by two different men while I trying to do homework (this Starbucks is definitely my go to place) and the staff handled it expertly. Good service good space good time good prices. 11/10 recommend
Great spot for a coffee meeting…parking lot is usually a zoo…but not terrible.
Very simple, went in ordered. There was a problem with the computer and the scanning machine but the good staff figured it out. Everything was delightful thank you.
