Our food wasn't very hot for some reason but was tasty and our server was pretty good.

My greyhound bus broke down and we were stranded for 2 hours and the restaurant let us hang out and stay warm until the next bus came. My server Tasha was awesome!! She was so nice and the service was great and of course the food was extraordinary!! Once again Cracker Barrel proved to be the good old country store with down home hospitality we know and love!

Absolutely love this place! Great food, great atmosphere. Favorite place to sit is in front of the fireplace. Getting breakfast here is my favorite. The staff is usually friendly and the establishment Is very clean. The store area is a bit cluttered but it's very nice. My daughter likes to look before and after, we eat. I also like to pick up a bottle of their syrup. So yummy! I always leave full and satisfied.

The waitress was EXCELLENT!! Unfortunately I forgot her name. (We were table 332 at 1030am on today) The food came out hot and everything was delicious! Worth stopping in!

Ordered sprite. Their soda dispenser lost its carbonation. Ordered the special country fried turkey. They don't serve that anymore. Ordered ranch dressing. They were out of that but had some dill flavored ranch. They were also out of their delicious corn bread. And the order of hash browns was served halfway through our meal. Not quite the Cracker Barrell we remember.

We came in on a Saturday with 53 people on a bus and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming they were already busy with normal Saturday rush- but they accommodated us in less than 20 mins we were seated and ordered food— HIGHLY IMPRESSED Johnathan and Tiffany were AMAZING at the Springfield, Mo restaurant!! They were so awesome!!! 1000%

My Mom and Aunt are in their late 80s.
They love Cracker Barrel, And i try to get them their weekly.
We have been going on Thursday lately, for the Turkey.
The food has been good, the service great and the kind people, make the Atmosphere easy to take them with walkers.
I appreciate this wonderful place.

Went to a birthday breakfast for a friend & we have a wonderful waitress who really helped look out for the special diet of one of our party. Seriously above & beyond checking ingredients! The food was delicious & we enjoyed the shop afterward, too.

We were seated right away. Waitress was extremely nice & did a really good job. I got pancakes, eggs & sausage. Food was excellent. Fantastic experience
Met a young boy during our lunch. He walked over to our table... & he sat with Us. He ate his biscuit while we talked with his parents. It made for a wonderful lunch.

Got a seat right away. Waitress was awesome. Talked with a couple & their son Clay, really nice couple. Clay sat with us & ate his biscuit. Our food was fantastic. It was really a very good eating experience. We will be back!
