Mcdonald's

Literally, every time I go to this location closest to home, something is wrong. Always screws something up or the food is old and dried out. I've ordered the crispy chicken from other locations and it was phenomenal. Ordered it from here once, and they used an old dried out mcchicken patty in place of the chicken breast and charged $5 for that. This place is a joke. My wife just accidentally ordered from here on the app. They served us this old sausage burrito and skeet mocha Frappuccino. What a joke.

Okay, I try to stay away from negative reviews but there is no redeeming quality to this location. We ordered two breakfast meals at a little after 9 AM, both with iced vanilla coffees. The line wasn't that long, but very slow, and we were told there would be a short wait for the coffees. Okay, no problem, just gotta pull up and wait. 10 minutes later, an employee comes out with one coffee. We remind him we had two. He looked really confused, said "okay" and then left again, clutching the first coffee. He came back a couple minutes later with a definitely partly consumed coffee. It had a straw in it already and clearly had been partially drank. He tried to hand it to us and said, "it isn't been used! It isn't been used." I politely asked if we could please get another coffee because that's disgusting. He stared at me like he couldn't believe I would ask that, started to protest, then put his hand down and said, "okay." 7 minutes later, he hadn't come back. So we parked and my mom went in to get the coffee. The employee himself was just making hash browns, ignoring us and the issue. We got the coffee eventually but what a nightmare. I don't mind waiting but that was ridiculous, mostly the horrific customer service and unsanitary conditions. I will definitely not be back here, and I advise you stay far away as well.

The tea is hardly ever fresh. Ordered extra lettuce, got "10" shreds. For some reason, McDs has started filling the ice for tea to the top of the cup. Have to order "extra light ice" to get an adequate amount of tea so as to not feel ripped off and it won't be watered down within 20 minutes. Seriously, the amount of tea that fits with that much ice would barely fill a small cup.

The staff was nice, but when I got home and opened my egg McMuffin, one side was burnt to charcoal. It took a steak knife to cut that part out; that's how hard it was. The fact that someone thought that was acceptable to serve blows my mind. Updated: Allison just called me this morning to apologize about the situation. She let me know that they ran maintenance on the machine, spoke to the staff, and put my name down for a replacement. Honestly, this was handled so quickly that I'm surprised and very impressed.
