Does Subway understand customer service? Short answer: no!
The steak sandwich was good but I had to wait 12 minutes to eat it. The mother in front of me had 2 kids who were indecisive about what they wanted on their sammies. Good god. My sandwich had come out of the toaster and was cooling way before the mother and her brats were finished ordering. Yet, I was made to wait while my sandwich was growing colder. When I asked Mr. IQ to warm it up, he copped an attitude. "She was ahead of you." So what. She wasn't ready to pay. Such a disappointment. This location doesn't skimp and actually puts mayo in their tuna.

There is one worker here that looks like she doesn't want to even work there or be there. The wait is always extra long because she does her job like she's about to die. Plus, she makes the sandwiches very messy and unpleasing to the eye. Honestly, if you want veggies of other sauces, she will ask you if you're sure about it because of some reason in her mind, "veggies ain't gon taste good". Please hire better people.

Terrible customer service! The associate threw down food, had a bad attitude and skimped on the meat. We weren't even acknowledged when we got here. I'll never come here again.

The worst p service that i had in my life... the fat chick with red hair really rude with me n with the others constumers. He even yelled a costumer. . Cuz the costumer didnt know the name of one Italian bread.

This is an excellent Subway location, even if it is inside of Walmart. Staff is friendly and well trained and helpful...the foox os always fresh and deliscious.
