5/21/21, 9am. Minneapolis Airport. This was the worst experience. Only 2 people working, cashier not even friendly, poor customer service. Didn’t say hello or I’ll be right with you. Turn away from me to make coffee and just stood there watching the coffee brew. I ordered and it took 11 minutes to get a bacon egg &cheese biscuit, that’s all. First time at this airport and it was a unpleasant experience.

I stopped there on Sunday Augustus 18 2019 to get a quick bite before boarding my flight. I stood in line with about 30 other people for 45 min. Some leaving after paying for their food because they had to catch a flight. The counter person was awesome under the circumstances. There was no manager on duty. Personal did the best they had to work with. This place should be closed. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. Worthless management, should be fired.

Took 20 minutes to get 10 nuggets, fries and a drink....we had to ask where our food was....she said, she didnt even see the name. What the hell does my name have to do with it. Dude at the front counter provided about as much customer service as an empty drink cup. We were told they short staffed. Not my problem.

I have been here twice in the last few months. The first sign of trouble was I happened to be in the bathroom with one of their employees who left the stall, checked his appearance in the mirror and then left in full uniform without washing his hands. I mentioned this to the management and the assured me that he washed his hands, I remained uncertain. The whole experience was pretty fresh in my memory when I returned this Monday. I not only saw the same employee behind the counter working at the fryer but watched him use his gloved hand to wipe his nose on his apron strap. Pretty sure that is enough for me to re think ever going there again and really you should also because I am now sick. Thanks wendy's.
