Burger King

I don't EVEN want to give this restaurant a one star at all!! The drive thru was horrible plus the cashier was NOT friendly 😑 Stuck-up attitude 😒 My order was wrong. Ordered two croissant sandwhiches breakfast with a medium hash brown and a coffee. I only received my two croissant sandwiches and a small hash browns. I didn't care about the coffee 😒 I left hurriedly and I will NEVER come back to this horrible place. Anyone comes here to eat good luck! 😆

This Burger King is terrible. Came for lunch with coworkers despite a series of poor meals over the years. Today's sadness was a cup of ice from behind the counter because the machine in the eating area doesn't have ice. They have the coke machine with all the flavored syrups which would be nice if it worked properly. My first attempt was coke but it dispensed lime coke. I poured that out and tried my luck with Dr. Pepper but without ice because that's behind the counter. The Dr. Pepper then had an off-taste and was lacking carbonation. There's a McDonald's about 1/2 mile east on Maryland and a Wendy's about 1/2 mile west on Maryland. Both are way better than this BK location.

Being in the food industry myself for many years, brings me to question how can Burger King possibly run out of soft drinks? ALL SOFT DRINKS? I sent my son with a neighbor to pick up food with coupon for 2whoppers, 2 lg fries, & 2 lg soft drinks for $10.99, plus I wanted a large shake. However he returned with the whoppers, fries, NO SOFT DRINKS, AND A SMALL ( NOT LARGE) SHAKE. My son ended up with nothing to drink with his meal and was not offered ANYTHING IN REPLACE. I got NO SOFT DRINK , BUT A SMALL SHAKE WHICH I. WAS CHARGED FOR!!! I couldn't believe I was over charged for the meal as we never got beverages with it and was charged for the shake that they didn't get right either. Almost $20 on a meal that was missing 1/3 of it!!! Never have I been more disappointed in a restaurant, especially after craving it all day. I almost want to boycott Burger King now. I've had a few run-ins with this spot but today, I just had to. So, i pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for a good minute like to the point where I wondered if the machine was broken and had to pull up to the window. Right when I was about to, I finally was met with finally someone. Ordered my food, and then pulled up. I paid for my food. Left with the wrong drink, I didn't care I was hungry. Soon as I got home, realized I didn't get my fries, and the burger was poorly assembled I lost appetite. I went to grab something else.

Are you brave? Patient? Starving? Desperate? Try their drive through. Just bring a full tank of gas or you'll never make it. The line is usually longer then China's great wall. Yes they have staff shortages, management knows about it and is hard at work doing absolutely nothing to fix the problems here. Go to a location that Values your time, experience, and business. Vote with your dollars and take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes, just to get ignored at the speaker, then wait over 6 minutes to actually get my very small order. It wasn't even that busy as almost all the cars in front of me drove away before they could order. My two bacon double cheeseburgers where made well, my coke is flat as a board. Do bettee.
