Jimmy John's

I order from this location frequently. I order using the mobile app. The delivery is usually pretty quick. I love their sandwiches. They do a good job for the most part. I have had a few issues before with my order, but they always resolve it if you bring it to their attention. The staff at this location does a good job. I love the Mayo!

I don’t usually write a review, or complain but I guess I am today. I’ve worked food service so I know how it is. Where are the masks? My food that is UNCOOKED is being made by staff with no masks. Last time I was there someone had a whole goatee? No beard mask… that was commonplace even before the pandemic. I have health issues, and people in my household are immunocompromised. This is the only shop near me and I can’t go because masks aren’t being worn :/ I know it’s annoying to where a mask all day.. just take it off and put it back on when customers are in the store. Or when you’re the one handling the food. I say this for me and for all immunocompromised ppl who are unable to eat out because “healthy” people find issue in wearing a mask. I don’t usually care if the food is cooked, uncooked? Just raw doggin the air? No.

Has been a while since we had Jimmy John's, saw the new kicked chicken sandwich which sounded good. Also ordered my daughter a pepe sandwich. My daughter's sandwich had literally 2 pieces of ham and on piece of cheese and was mostly lettuce. My kicken chicken sandwich was anything but kicken or containing chicken. Was like eating a lettuce and mayo sandwich. This was a $9 sandwich? Doesn't even remotely look close to the commercial version which shows large chances of chicken as well as peppers. Took several pics after I had a couple bites and could detect meat. Won't be back anytime soon again!
