On 10/4/17 I went to this Burger King and was not impressed. I went to the drive through and the lady taking my order kept asking me if I was done, like um no still trying to get more food. Then she didn't even get it right. I order 3 drinks and got one straw and I asked for no ice in my soda and the gave me hella ice in my drink...

This Burger King is terrible for lunch. My employees used to visit this location regularly. Breakfast is fine, but lunch, the food is constantly cold. The cheese is not melted on the burger, the chicken nuggets are always hard. The fries are disgusting. We have decided to not eat lunch at this location anymore!

They continuously mess up any and all specialty orders. This used to be my favorite bk location. Now the tables and floor are almost always sticky, service accuracy is horrible, and i can't count the times i ordered something and they don't even ring it up, i just recently had some new guy tell me i didn't order any fries when i said a large fry twice. 1 star service.

Friendlier staff than most fast food places. It is a little tricky to get into because it's parking lot is not connected to the mall beside and behind it. Best to turn in from north bound Robert Street.

Oh my god.... this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. My bf and I asked without onions in our burgers, but we still got onions and I wanted a strawberrry shake to my menu instead of soda. So at the takeout window the man was SO rude and had A LOT of attitude.. wauw! When we got to the window we asked if we could order 2 mayos for the fries, we didn't get them. After that he asked if we wanted a vanilla shake and we said no I ordered a strawberry and he replied "I SAID.. do you WANT a vanilla shake" so we said okay yeah thanks, my bf didn't get his coke and he didn't get a straw to the shake.
Normally I never write complains, but THIS one deserves a bad review!.. they don't deserve any starts.

Jon wagner, A manager that comes to work every shift baked out of his freaking mind. If you're lucky, you'll catch him and a few of his "homies" in the back with him by the trash can getting higher than a kite. Might as well put a string around his neck and fly him yourself. That and the lack of cleaniness there is quite disgusting let alone the some of the night employees that just stand around like they forgot how to do their jobs while people wait for their food, they just crack jokes and take their sweet time. Lovely customer service. Late food, cold food, burnt food, wrong food, or undercooked. 😂😂😂 Have fun going through the drive thru too. The level of rudeness that comes from that place. There are only about 6 employees that actually do their job the way it should be done and are absolutely amazing people but you can only do so much when the ones that aren't doing their job are just dinking off. Jessica is a great manager and there are only THREE cooks can get through a crowd of people during a rush.

Dining in the lobby is currently closed. Only the drive thru is operating. The main entrance to the dining area seemed to be vandalized last week. Burger King has not seen fit to reopen it's dining area at this location yet.
