I generally enjoy what I get at Noodles but need to say that my service and meal at this Woodbury location was just FANTASTIC. While I still may consider Noodles a fast food restaurant (somewhat), the staff here treated us like we were at a fancy, sit-down eatery with linen table-setting. Great job!
We stopped in for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised to find some low/no cholesterol options. The food at Noodles & Company is good and it is a great pick for a quick meal that doesn't taste like fast food.
Adam was great; we work at the school district he graduated from, so he gave us free items to show appreciation. He was respectful and kind. This place has great customer service
WHO WROTE THIS ON MY FOOD. I want to talk to your manager and let them know what an awesome job their team is doing.
But really appreciate you guys for the kind gesture, continue being awesome! 🤩
To start off, this particular location is decent, however make sure to double check your order. We are typically shocked when everything comes out as ordered... the food itself always tastes the same, but at times the side salad or soup is missing, or they give you the wrong soup, or they forget the chicken in your meal, etc. Just make sure to double check, especially if you're ordering dor multiple people.
Added notes for people who are not as familiar with Noodles and Company:
My wife and kids love Noodels and Company. They could eat it almost every day. If you're fooking to eat pasta and not wanting to go to a full sit down restaurant, you would probably enjoy this place. The pasta dishes are not as greasy and fatty as the ones in most sit-down places, so it is a bit healthier. The food comes out relatively quickly and you can order ahead or get it delivered. I am sure most kids would enjoy the buttered noodles or mac&cheese (or some of the other dishes).
