The young lady who brought out the food was very polite but the quality of the food was lacking! $10 dollars for a chicken sandwich and fries isn't worth it! The bun was bigger than the chicken patty!! Also waited 10 minutes for the food so it was lukewarm at best! Disappointed to say the least!!

Not sure why they don't have any lights when it gets dark, they look like they are closed.
Placed an online order and they tried just bringing the shake instead of the whole order, which also included a full meal. Not sure how you could mess that up looking right at the order on the screen.
Food is really good, if you can get it. Definitely very expensive though.

I usually have a good experience here, but this last one is well worth noting. After ordering for 3 kids, the person did not get a single item right on the menu and didn't listen one bit about changes. Out of "4 piece mozzarella sticks, fries, and a chocolate shake" they got the chocolate shake, no food. Next, I said "hotdog meal with ketchup and mustard and onion rings. For the drink, an oreo shake" They got chili fries and a strawberry shake. Then the last child ordered onion rings and a sprite. They got sprite. The screen wasn't working so I had to wait 20 minutes just to find out everything was incorrect. Luckily, they let me order i wanted when I got to the window. This experience was worth noting. Again, most of the time its good which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1.

I went to Sonic located on Suburban in Maplewood at 1515 Hours on October 9. I was really looking forward to enjoying a Chicago dog. I was waiting at the window for 20 Minutes before I received my food. The guy working the window looked like a sloopy pig. His uniform was dirty. The worst experience at a drive through. He didn't apologize for the wait. The tots were cold and hard. The hotdog was terrible. I will never go to another Sonic. See hotdog picture below.

Planned to get dinner and a treat. Needed to use a restroom but they had the area locked off and no signage or way to ask for a key if there was one. Also the booth I pulled in was out of order. At least it had a sign. I guess they are best for drive through. I left to bring business to someone with a restroom.

I highly suggest that that the employees ask the costumer to at least hold instead of not saying a word at all. I was literally staring at the drive thru screen for 7 minutes before being attended to. To top that off they gave me the wrong total also. Besides the unprofessional employees, the food was delicious. Loved the slushes! Food came out quicker then the actual wait time. Therefore it made up for the wait.

Really bad. The wait can be long, it's not always a first come first serve. The cashier tried to over charge me for what I repeatedly told him I didn't want, but he kept suggesting "I'm helping you save money", it happened more than twice. We only come here if the other sonic is too far and the kids are hungry. It's a hit and miss with the cashier, for good customer service. The food can come out in a mess.

my food was gross,soggy tots the texas toast was cold and it was regular toast they forgot the onion ring. my food was cooked in really old oil. i worked as management for 15 yrs in fast food. this was unacceptable and nasty. but afraid to ask for my money back
