If I could do no stars I would. When I get off work in the morning and stop here the service is really really good (Mon_Fri) . Any other time it's trash I understand there are a lot of young kids who work there, but who is leading them? They are usually rude as he'll, and the shake machine never works past 12pm but if I go there at 9 or 10 it's being cleaned! Why are you cleaning a shake machine that didn't even get used? And what's the big deal you ought a button to make it and if your shake machine is always broken you should get a new one. I've been a server my entire life and I get being busy and not wanting to get behind but today there was literally 2 cars there us and another one that pulled in about 30 seconds after us and we all waited way to long for someone to acknowledge us and when they did they got the person that came after us order first. So we literally waited a out 6 min before anyone took our order and there was no one else there. Rude kids, she literally threw the bag at my husband. Better training,better employees,better reviews!!!!

I came in today 5/4 4:35AM to buy my breakfast food. In general I always have a bad experience in this McDonald because the staff are rude and not trained. Today it was worse. The employee didn’t know what a McGriddle was 🙄. One of the most popular thing on the menu. Asked me what is a McGriddle and that they don’t have it. And I replied saying that’s one of the breakfast items. He didn’t bother to check and said what am I on. Second I tried to order a Caramel frappe which he continued and put a caramel cappuccino. When I corrected him. He said “aren’t they the same” which I said no they’re not. Then he got rude over it. He seemed really high on w**d and only wanted to be there to get paid. Please train your staff here.

Made a mobile order at 345am; got there and the paper said they are closed from 3:30am-4am (which is no problem) but then the drive thru person was rude. Said they were closed, I could see that. I said I would wait the extra time; and he said they’re closed til 430am now. When I work at 430am then I can’t wait there. Super disappointing. Update the hours on google and the McDonald’s ap.
