I've been there a few times and the quality is amazing for what you pay for, especially if you get the free pizza deal when you order a large one. My favorite so far is the buffalo chicken pizza, veggie is also really good. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, maybe the management has changed since then.

I’ve been going to this Sarpinos for quite some time and have had some ups and downs with the taste and quality of the pizza. Never before have I received pizza that still had raw dough though. I’m not sure what exactly happened, but to send this product out is disgusting. Both pizzas I ordered yesterday had portions that were still raw. After this last experience, I’ll drive out of my way to go the location downtown if I ever order again.

Ordered Sarpino's off Door Dash last night. They live up to the gourmet pizza. The crust was baked rich and butter there topping were fresh and not overloading your palate, The cheese complements the pizza will mild yet not over doing it. I also had a sweet tooth were the dessert sticks came in in fresh Bavarian cream Cherry filling and streusel topping on top of a sweet chewy dough then baked to lightly crisp all a round a amazing experience I recommend it items soon are the 16" Tuscany pizza 14" Margarita pizza and personal Cherry dessert sticks

I got the classic. No spice. Though the uncured sausage was good. Impossible to pick up a slice without all of the toppings falling off after it falls limply from your hand. The cheese was barely melted. I am a big pizza fan but I could not eat more than two pieces. The best word to describe the pizza is “goopy”. I hate saying this but it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
The delivery guy left my pizza on the front steps when I specifically asked for it to be put on the porch. I was not informed of its delivery until 15 minutes later.
Edit: I’ve given them another chance. This time they managed to put my food on the porch but didn’t knock or ring or anything. I avoided the pizza and got the calzone, which was very good! The delivery is fast but they won’t tell you when you get your food. The pizza is bad but the calzones are worth it.

Ordered about $50 worth of food, waited an hour nothing showed up found out for whatever reason my order was canceled did not receive a text, email or a phone call telling me that this was happening I don't think I'll be returning.

Made an order at 10:30 on grubhub. Called the place at 11:30 when it said my order should have arrived. They said they never got it but he would get it to me in 45 minutes. Called at 12:30 and asked if it was close. He said "no another 15 minutes" I asked him if he had even started it yet. He said "no because I want the pizza to be hot when it arrives." How could you deliver the pizza in 15 minutes when you haven't even started it yet. I told him to cancel the order. Also it takes calling at least twice to get them to answer the phone.

***DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY***
I placed an order at 7:30pm this evening (a Monday night) and was quoted a 90 minute delivery time... I've worked at pizza places so figured that's fair and I could wait... at 9:10pm the tracking still said "Bake" so I called the store to inquire about my order. The gentleman working told me that there were still five other deliveries to go out before my order, so I asked if I could pick up my order.
I got to the store to pick up my order and my food was cold... I was already upset so I just took my food and left. I got home to find that not only did I have cold food, but I was not even given the dipping sauces I paid for. After nearly a two hour wait to get my food this is extremely upsetting... and on top of that I'm still being charged for the "tip" I had pre-selected online, even though I went out of my way to pick up an already late order.
This is EXTREMELY upsetting and I would not recommend to anyone to order delivery from this location.
