Pizza Hut

The stuffed crust pizza was quite salty, one slice was all I could take. Not sure if it was because of the meat (beef), cheese, or if they added extra seasoning. But it was too much, edible, but too much for comfort. The flat crust was great though! Edited: It was just me, It tasted just fine the next day.🙃 Guess I had too much sodium before hand. Maybe it was the combo of eating their mini cinnamon rolls, followed by eating that one slice a flavor overload.

I should of check the reviews before going to this pizza hut. I pre-ordered and PAID for a large pizza 45 minutes prior to getting my pizza. In 30 minutes they confirm the pizza was ready. When I got there and showed my payment they refused to gave me my pizza until I wait in line for customers before me. There was people standing around doing nothing to help. Finally after the customers before me we're gone they put my information in the system and looked at my phone receipt then gave me my pizza. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Papa Murphy, I'm sorry I left you...

Terrible service. Website estimated 59-69 minutes for deliver and it took over 2 hours to arrive. The cheese from the pizza was all stuck to the top of the box, we got bone in instead of boneless wings, and were missing our dessert all together. Called the store and didn’t even get the impression they cared. Stated they would replace the items if I gave them the wrong items and pizza back plus a 25 dollar credit good for only 30 days. 4 hours later, still don’t have our correct items…

Ordered the stuffed crust an hour ago. Got a text about order being modified or canceled. Called back. Got transferred. Lady said oh that’s a mistake or something. Disregard. She said it was coming out of the oven an just waiting for the delivery driver. That was at the top of the hour it’s now 8:31. Oh. It’s here. I’ll be dddddddd. It looks good. And a coupon for a free large pizza.

The first time I ordered stuffed crust for pick up and the pizza was cold and the cheese was solid. We did go pick it up when it notified that it was ready. I decided to give it another chance tonight for delivery and happy to say, our order arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and was fresh & hot!!! I guess it can be a hit or miss with my past experience and the other reviews.

Friday Night we ordered a big box pizza for pick up. I drove to the restaurant to pick up the order and made the mistake of not checking the box before leaving. The pizza was missing the wings from the order, all 3 sauces selected from the order, and one of the pizzas had Alfredo sauce which we did not order. I checked the ticket and surly this was my order, I called the store back to let them know this was a very bad experience and that no one checked my order, the Employee replied "it is the customers responsibility to check the order" I let her know the was the most absurd thing I have ever heard. The customer service from Pizza hut is beyond terrible, there is no one who will call you back to get a refund. The shift Manager Kong was rude and no one from corporate will call you back. Save yourself some time and go with Dominos.

Ordered and went to get it only to wait another 50 minutes for the wrong pizzas. Staff talking about getting arrested, how many pizzas they screwed up . We then told him to go and make sure our pizzas were right and he said "I wasn't talking to you". Told the Door Dash guy he couldn't help him. Cussing and swearing in front of customers. So rude, wrong pizzas that were terrible anyway and long wait. Told me I couldn't get a receipt. What? NEVER AGAIN will I go to the store at 1544 Larpenteur Ave W, St Paul, MN 55108. I WILL go to one of the other stores that actually appreciate their customers and do a great job.

Worst Experience I Ever Had At This Store. Called For Delivery And Was Told There Was No Delivery. Drove To The Store And Called Back And Was Told This Store Was Closed As I Observed People Coming Out. So I Walked Inside And Explained My Experience And Placed My Order And Asked For Curbside Pickup. 20 Minutes Later I Observed People Coming Out That Ordered After Me So I Went In. There Was No Pizza For Me Or My Buffalo Wings. The Lady Gave Me A Free Pizza With Pizza Dough And Mushrooms And Pepperoni With No Hamburger Or Anything. I Will Never Go Back Here And Neither Should You. 😩
