Mcdonald's

I recently moved to my place which is near to this McDonald outlet. This was the first time I was trying McDonald. I installed their app in my phone and to save time I went through their menu’s and saved the items I wanted to order on app .The lady at the walk-in counter I encountered was not well versed in English. I told her this is a takeaway order and when I was telling her my orders while looking at the saved items in my phone, she took my phone and called her manager. They talked something in Spanish. The manager was a guy, his accent was very hard to understand. He was talking about mobile order and asking for coupon. I told him this was not a mobile order and I didn’t came there for pick up. He was like then why are you using your mobile while ordering which seemed rude to me. I had never said this was a mobile and pick up order. If it was so, I would have told them from the beginning. It was just that the counter lady assumed such while I was ordering looking at the saved orders I had on my app. It was a bad first experience.

I thought no mc Donald’s could be worse than the one on Jefferson but this one is the worst.waited in line for twenty minutes while car in front of me argued with employee over order. Our food was cold and tasted stale. On top of everything ,order was wrong. Had to wait longer for correct order. Never again.

I'd like to say the gal who took my order was very nice. It took the manager a long time to get change for a $20? allowing my food to get cold I know McDs is not a fine dinning establishment but I did pay $9 for lunch and shouldn't have to endure the manager yelling over my head across the restaurant to the counter to see if somebody's food was ready and though some robots in the future might disagree I found the continuous very loud alarms being ignored in the kitchen NERVE WRACKING Avoid this restaurant! I always come on a bad day ???

It's an understatement to say that I'm incredibly disappointed with how I was treated here tonight. I placed a relatively small order while I was out doing Christmas shopping. I had bused there and the dining room just closed so I had to confirm my curbside order (which they're supposed to bring out I thought) and wait outside. They picked up the phone the first time I called to confirm my order and could see me standing outside. After that, they never picked up my several calls again. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. It wasn't busy in the drive through and I saw people on their phones, so that excuse really isn't an option. I stood outside in the freezing cold for almost 45 minutes waiting. I was literally making eye contact with the workers through the big windows. I watched as every single new order that came after it went out. I even went so far as to wave my arms back and forth to remind them I was there and get their attention. Nothing. They just turned away and went back to what they were doing. All they had to do was take a few seconds to come and see what I needed. Instead they just played on their phones and did every order but mine. It's nighttime so I didn't feel safe walking through the drive through and I finally gave up. It's safe to say that after all that I will NEVER visit this location again and recommend others do the same unless they want similar treatment. 😞
