I ordered via the subway app and picked up my order within 15 min. When I arrived home (by buses) and opened my 3 tuna footlong sandwiches... They were all just SPRINKLED with lettuce! We were lucky if we got a piece of lettuce with every bite! Usually it's mostly lettuce with not enough meat. But boy, oh boy, they messed up royally. If I had a car, I would've driven back up there and had them remake it or refunded. Never have I had a sandwich messed up this bad from Subway! I will NEVER order my food via the subway app again UNLESS I am already there and watching them fix it! My recent purchase was unacceptable! All I could taste was tuna and bread! You've got to do better Subway, or get better workers.

Never had something bad to say about this location. The staff here are always very polite, but must admit is not always the most welcoming environment. Not that you feel threatened or I welcomed/u wanted, it's just not very "inviting"- depending on the workers for the most part. The subs are good as always!!! Yum

I asked for cookies from the bin where they usually sell them and the worker didn’t want to give them to me cause their was cookies in the front but I wanted fresh ones rethinking going there again new employees definitely are needed there

Subway is Subway nothing special but the two guys working the night I was there were AMAZING. Two young men, under staffed dealing with lotof big orders. It was a long wait but their amazing attitude made it completely understandable and tolerable. Plus someone had clearly planned ahead because there was no shortage of ingredients just staff. Nice job guys!

I love subway. But sometimes they don't listen what you want on your sub. Or they think they know how much dressing to put on. I don't like a lot of dressing on. All you are tasting is the dressing.

This is a complaint regarding subway pickup order.
I placed my order for 4 wraps from my home, with the intention of giving the store enough time to prepare my order. As i walked in to the store, I was shocked to see how the only employee at the store was handling my order. The employee working behind the counter looked very unhappy to prepare the order and i saw him throwing the wrap on the platform with rage. I also saw him kicking and closing the equipment (oven) door with anger. What really shocked me was, when he asked me for my order, i politely told him i was there for the order pickup. Hearing that, he just shoved all the four wraps into a bag, and without any eye contact threw the order besides the billing counter and walked away.
As I was very tired after a long day of driving, and my family was waiting in the car, i just walked out of the store with my order humiliated and disgusted. I have been ordering from this store almost every week from the day i moved to Minnesota two years back, but will never ever be a customer of this particular store,
I am really disgusted the way i saw this subway employee behave.
