Food is hot and gets given to you fast sometimes make mistakes which is understandable when you are under a expectation to serve customers in 1 min or less. I've worked at McDonald's and it's a tough job so I don't hold it against them if they seem irritable or make mistakes.when I mention to them kindly that something is wrong they work on fixing it right away for me. They're human beings so give them a break 😊❤️

03/26/2022 1815hrs. Worst McDonald’s in Saint Paul. Every order needs to be look at when going thru the drive through. Asked for no onions and add bacon, they gave me onions and left the bacon off. Last week I stopped on my way to work and they just dumped the fries in the bag.

I pop in here for a treat every couple weeks as my errands are often in this area. They are always quick and positive. My car broke down IN the pick up window! After 2 girls helped push it out of the way, and employee came out to help me. His supervisor said he was doing a good job helping a customer. That's rare!
