Why are my fries still soaked in oil and my large burger served with a child size bun? Also the tables seem to be coated with a sticky substance.. Cant believe I wasted $15 here.

Came in and the got my order right. Then they got my friends order wrong but my friend didn’t say anything. Then they gave my first friends burger to my other friend on mistake. So then my second friend asked them to fix it and they asked if they could turn my first friends burger into my second friends burger. Then all of a sudden we remembered we ordered smash fries. So they brought a “double” order of smash fries on my friends tray. Which was way less than usual. Then they just gave us the burger they screwed up to try and make up for it and it was like, my friend already ate the first burger that was wrong so no we don’t want that he’s not hungry and non of us even like that type of burger. This whole process took over 45 minutes. It was terrible, worst customer service I have ever seen. But they did say sorry about that once we were done.

Ordered online, place was almost empty at peak dinner hours. My order wasn't even close to being on time (over 10 min late) AND I even arrived early. How the heck does it take so long? I wouldn't want to wait that long even if I hadn't ordered online. I'll stick to 5 guys which even tastes better. Shake tasted 10/10, burger 7/10, fries were 2/10 (cold and oil soaked) and they give you the amount of a small McDonald's fry, so basically no fries.

I thought that they burgers were very good and had lots of flavor. The food was fresh from the kitchen. I would've giving it a 5 star ranking, but there were only 2 workers in the whole building. 1 cashier and 1 cook. The manager needs to get more people working in there. Great classic restaurant and would highly recommend it.

I ordered the bacon single burger and my husband ordered the double bacon burger along with a large order of fries and one $2 special strawberry shake for $19. The food is good. The reason I give it 4-stars though is because there was a weird after taste after I ate the burger. Not sure why though.

I've been a regular here for as long as the place has been in business, and its had its ups and downs in terms of food and managerial quality. At first I couldn't get enough and ate here a few times a week. But a few months after it opened the staff all seemed to change and the food quality went downhill until one day I bit into a burger that was still raw. Didn't go back for months, but started up again recently and have been pleased to find the food and staff are both much better than they were. There have still been a few misses - my last visit my guest and I both had overly salted everything and couldn't finish what were otherwise tasty burgers. But overall I still recommend the place. Not always the fastest, often because they are making malts and that seems to take even the best employees a long time, but I've seen them turn around ten orders in fifteen minutes as well.

The food tasted good but the restaurant was filthy. There was spilled liquid at the counter you order at that had been sitting there a while. Most of the tables had not been bussed. The stand with your order number had dried ketchup on it along with another dark stain. Three of the 8 fountain sodas did not have syrup. The counter by the soda was sticky and had various liquids all over it. We ordered food for two people which came separately with a significant waiting time for the second part of our order. The smash fries came dripping oil. We completely soaked up four napkins with the excess oil and could have used more. Not planing to come back because of this bad experience.

This is the worst Smashburger location I have been to. The last two times I have been here the manager has just been on her cell phone while one employee tried to help everyone in line. The drink station was absolutely disgusting!! Trying to find a clean table was impossible. I eventually had to bus my own table and wipe it down. It wasn’t until someone pointed out the lack of clean tables that the manager got off her phone and bussed a few tables. She didn’t even bother to wipe them down or anything. I ordered an Oreo shake which was disgusting. It was basically milk with some Oreos in it. I can say that I will never come back again.
