I ordered 2 burrito bowls and 2 Mexican cokes, paid over $50 with delivery charges and this is what shows up at my door. I received 1 quesadilla with some similar ingredients (and sauce spilling off the side) and 1 Mexican coke, looked at the information and it wasn’t even my order.
I managed to get ahold of their support team who told me that they’d refund my card in 3-5 business days…that’s it. No inconvenience deals for yet again screwing up my order.
Just the “ you won’t get your money back for 3-5 business days”

Saddest bowl I've ever seen, recommend never to order online because quality control is awful. Missing half my toppings I ordered. Very disappointed. Sent me the wrong bowl and instead of a bowl my friend ordered on this they got a poorly built burrito. IS it really that hard to make things right?

No Mexican Coke in my bag. No guacamole or fajita veggies OR SOUR CREAM on my bowl. Verified receipt and name in the bag, all on there! Not impressed.

Ordered a steak salad bowl with tortilla on the side. Barely enough lettuce to get by as Toppings and 3 bites worth of steak. Let alone it was small compared to when you order in person for a burrito. $20 is not worth the delivery.

Sad. Such a big Chipotle fan and I have consistently received both bad service and food from this location. Support ghosted us just saying high volume of complaints and never followed up with us. We never received items that we spent reward points on. I hope they turn it around. I know things are tough right now. It's obviously a consistent issue after sorting reviews by recent. Large majority are poor reviews. Maybe one day I'll be back but not for awhile, if ever

If you order for pickup, Check your food before you leave because you be missing toppings or even a part of your order. Tried this location 3 times because I was hoping the first 2 were a fluke.. still disappointed. The folks there are nice enough- it seems like the restaurant doesn't give them the right supplies to succeed.
The positive thing is the Pepper chat in the app will hook you up if you have a bad experience so you can try a different location.

Yesterday, for the third time in a row, I placed an online order for a burrito "with guacamole" that arrived without the guacamole. Do they deliberately skimp on extras when you're not there to watch them and just hope you'll never notice that what you ordered isn't there? The burrito was great even without the guacamole, but this is the third time that I paid extra for something that I never received.

Quality control sucks. They miss ingredients on pick up orders, the ingredients aren’t fresh (booooo tons of crunchy brown rice), and the portions are tiny. They do online orders only so you’re forced to do a pick up and not have any control over how your food turns out.
