Five Guys

Both managers were sitting down at a table when I walked in Monday September 6th at about 2PM I think. No one rushed to take an order or greet me for what seemed to be about 90-120 seconds after I showed up at the counter. When I got home, 7 minutes after picking it up I pulled out the burger and fries. The fries were missing a lot of Cajun seasoning, they tasted like regular fries. The burger let down all the posters in your establishment. Plain and simple, McDonald’s dollar burger did a better job. The bun seemed to be left on the top fat longer than the 7 minute goal you have. It crumbled in my hands by being overdone. The burger was missing the sauces I request, and the toppings I request, and instead they put other toppings on it that made me throw it away, since it had pickles.

I have had consistently good burgers, fries, and shakes at this Five Guys location. And for being the first day of the job for her, the employee who cooked my burgers, and bacon, and made the shake, did an excellent job - the best I've had so far. Just juicy enough without being greasy, with perfect bacon. And the shake was just smooth, without to much chocolate to make it harsh, and not to cold, nor to warm.

I went here with three guys, and they still served us. I thought this establishment required you to visit with five guys? There weren't five guys working behind the counter. Where are the five guys that run this place? Maybe it started with five guys...or maybe it takes five guys to run a five guys...

Manager came out of the back room taking videos and pictures with his personal phone. Threw his phone on the counter and went back to working without changing his gloves. I asked for a refund without getting my food. He said “do it through the app” there is not an option to do it through the app. It’s been almost a week and I have yet to get refunded. Even though everyday I call them I get a different story. He also tried to tell me he was “taking temperatures with his phone” don’t think that’s even possible. Below is the “manager” (right) who uses his personal phone without changing his gloves. He told me his name was “Roberto” but also “Paul” so who actually knows. I just want my money back.
