Staff were polite but knew I couldn't hear her very well. I kept having to say "WHAT" to her. She did not try to speak at a level I could hear better. But was very pleasant and generous with the food.

Around 3:30 pm June 23,2022 One of the employees blew his nose and returned to the sandwich line before washing and exchanging gloves

I haven't been to a Subway for awhile, but my neighbor was there last week! I loved their tuna 6 inch subs!

I have a pretty picky order and it was done just right! Felt bad for the employee working she looked younger and was working all alone on a Saturday. She did good though so this Subway has polite workers who know how to do their job, I recommend!

Did the drive thru and there's no mention they aren't carrying roast beef until you get to the window. I would not have ordered a subway club if I would have known. Will not be back since no roast beef is available permanently.

This location doesn't open on time on a regular basis. It was like that before the pandemic, and it's the same now, maybe even worse. Some people start work at 6AM and take lunch at 10, and others work overnight and might want a sandwich in the morning. It's frustrating. If they don't want to open at 10AM, fine. But they shouldn't post their official opening as 10AM.
This restaurant is a franchise Subway. The owner seems like a nice, hard working guy, and his sandwiches are always great. But you'll have a random experience with the other employees. Sometimes things will be alright. Other times you'll get a teenager with bad hygiene and an even worse attitude. Maybe that's just the nature of any fast food place. Maybe it's my mistake for expecting better from Subway. Unlike with other fast food places, sandwich makers spend a lot of time interacting with customers. So you'd think they would be taught to be polite.
I was in there once last summer, and flies were literally swarming over the sandwich station while an employee was sitting at a table playing with her phone. I turned around and walked out, didn't come back for a couple of months.
They've been out of most of the different kinds of bread when I've been in there. This could be because I go in the morning, but it's another frustrating indication that they don't have their s***t together.
The Walmart that this Subway is located in has many problems as well. Maybe it's a negative atmosphere because it's attached to a negative atmosphere. Whatever the case, these problems are easy to fix: Open on time. Train your staff in customer service. Start caring about the business instead of treating it like a part-time lemonade stand.

I Love Subway but I will NEVER go back to this Subway. Employees were very rude & they made terrible sandwiches. My 5 year old niece can do 100% better. I Wouldn't give it any stars, but half to for rating it😰

The service we received from Cat and the young man who made our sandwiches was fantastic. They were polite and professional, and very meticulous with how the sandwiches were made. You could tell they cared about their job. They had run out of the guacamole for my wrap, but were sure to offer me a cookie to make up for it. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the slower service. Efficiency comes with repetition and time, but care and effort are difficult to train. Thank you for doing such a great job.
