Caribou Coffee

Not my favorite Caribou, just doesn't have the welcoming air that the other ones I've been to have. We have never been here during a busy time so there has been no wait. The staff hasn't seemed as knowledgeable and friendly as some I've been to. What I have ordered has always been fine. The location is good.

This is my closest Caribou store. The drive-thru was usually very good, as are the beverages. But I have to deduct a star because over time their hours of being open have shrunk, and sometimes they aren't open at all (heads-up re: their schedule above) with a "sorry" sign posted at the window. I do believe it is a staffing issue, but I don't bother going to this location any more, because of the random availability.

I work across the street, I’d say 8 times out of 10, the whole place is closed, the drive through will be closed, or the inside closed with the drive through open. If this was even once a month I’d maybe understand with still being upset, but this has been the case for over half the amount of times I’ve gone lately. Go up today and their lights are on with a sign that says sorry we missed you but we will be back open tomorrow from 5am-2:30. Like what? If it is a staffing issue, maybe caribou should pay their baristas what they’re worth.
