Taco Bell

Very nice crew. I could not believe Astrid waited for me to put google okay on my phone cause I forgot my wallet. She was so patient and the the kitchen had my food ready immediately. It was hot and fresh and really good. The gentleman who had clocked out still helped me with internet advise and pleasant conversation. I could not have expected better service anywhere. Keep this crew if you can. A plus

The food was ok but the service was lacking. I ordered a grande nacho box combo and after the grease soaked box with my nachos was set in front of me and the guy walked away I had to ask for the soda that went with it. He tells the cashier to grab it for me. She grabbed a very small cup so I told her no the combo comes with a large soda she just stood there not knowing so I had to show her. In my opinion she maybe shouldn't be working at the front counter.

Box orders were messed up, one was supposed to have a hard shell taco, but a soft shell was given. The other order was missing a soft shell. Brought it back inside and there were 3 employees; one blamed the other saying, "You're the one in charge of quality control", as she proceeded to make herself a breakfast crunch wrap. Breakfast hours had ended 30 minutes prior. I was too focused on bringing up the missing taco that I totally missed the fact that they didn't include a single packet of sauce from my mobile order. The crunch wrap supreme was a sad piece of thing. Hardly any meat and no lettuce. The "crunch wrap supreme" was so thin and flat that it was unrecognizable. The ONLY saving grace of this order was the Cinnabon Delight bites.

I've been too many taco bells in the city i have to say this is one of the better ones that still exist man do they make their food quick and people are always so polite and kind the only issue i had was with the manager they never even called me for an interview when i wanted to apply even though i left my business card but that's okay i still write this many stars because of the guy who works behind the desk or behind the cash register can you remember his name but the next post i'm making sure i add it have a blessed one

TERRIBLE!! JUST LEFT HERE ! And the worker had everyone pull to the front to WAIT for there order literally 10 cars in parking lot waiting and then he brings out a bunch of bags doesn't know which cars, gets everyone orders wrong , like seriously if they worked CORRECTLY then wouldn't be problems but instead wanna have everyone in drive thru pull around to park to make everyone's orders at once and bring them all out at once . RIDICULOUS. FAT DUDE IN DRIVE THRU WAS A B**** TOO.
