The gentleman was working by himself. Worked really fast and was kind. Visited during small rush but didn't have to wait very long to be helped. Shout out to the wonderful employee may 6th working @3pm. Sorry for not catching your name

Mixed up orders many times! Gotten a sandwich when I wanted a meat bowl twice and today I ordered 2 veggie subs with ONLY cheese and NO meat. I got 2 footlongs with all the veggies, so now my daughter wont touch that bread! And we got 2 footlongs that same way! She is a picky eater but loves the bread and no options available online to just purchase bread. The manager has tried to contact me but kept missing each other. I gave her my email and no response since the last time...
UPDATE Manager has rectified everything. Very nice lady!

I'm so horribly disappointed that nobody can follow a simple online order and read the special instructions. For being someone who has worked for subway for 15 years it's not hard to make a couple sandwiches especially when people are paying over 10 dollars for a sandwhich now. We expect to have our food the way we asked for it. We order at least once a week and every time we have at least 3 sandwiches wrong each time!

I stopped on the way back to Oakdale, MN. I asked for pepper. It tastes like salt. So much that I can't get it out of my mouth. No matter what I try. My ride is gone, my money is gone. No way to ask them to remake my sandwich.
Now that I have to TIP the workers, I expect to be served as when I get served at a sit down restaurant. Have my Coke refilled, ect. I was busy trying to get all the salt out of my mouth thar I remembered how offended I was when I was asked by the Subway worker to please read where it says to leave a tip.

I came here twice in the last 2 weeks. The 1st time, this girl helped me and was very kind and professional. She suggested certain sandwiches/wraps with a smile and bid me a good day. Then, on Friday, I came in and the tall black guy (lookin like snoop dog) ended up helping me. He took forever to pay attention to me. I told him I was going to get 2 sandwiches but I guess he didn't hear me. When he finished making the 1st sandwich, he asked "is that it" and I said "yes, for this sandwich". Well, his response was very rude and short. He basically scolded me telling me I have to let him know if I want another sandwich. That I should have told him in the beginning.. (which I had done). He was throwing toppings on messily and scrimped on everything. He made me very uncomfortable because of his rudeness.

Don’t waste your time going here, they don’t want to serve you. Over the past few visits the sandwich fillings have been a little on the light Side and not as the picture shows! Tonight my family of 6 wanted subway, only 5 wanted subway so we went i to order. Firstly my wife stood for a few minutes wasn’t acknowledged, the two staff were trying to clean the sides with dry napkins!!!! We gave the order to be told 5 or more sandwiches is classed as a catering order and they refused to make them. We use this location because it is close to home and have never had a issue. We drove over to commerce and they took the order and found it shocking that we had been told this. Obviously the franchisee is paying wages for the staff to do nothing

Used to get good service at this establishment but not any more. Had to tell the server three times what I wanted, because he ignored my order the first time. Peppers are so bad I wouldn't feed them to a dog, tomatoes and spinach are old and should be thrown out. Server had no idea how to properly wrap up a footlong. I am sure there are better Subways than this one.

If I could give no stars I would. Very very rude except for one person. There was 6 people behind the line and they were more concerned with just getting people out the door so my husband got completely missed while standing right there in line. People were bouncing around everywhere. They were taking orders out of order and had customers hopping around in line as well. When confronted They all looked confused and then became even more rude. Such a disgrace
