Cinnabon

Absolutely terrible. We asked if the rolls were made fresh this morning and the employees didn't even answer quickly and stalled with and answer. They claimed they had been. We wanted to order 2 6 packs and asked if 1 could have been the fresh buns for 1 six pack and said we couldn't have the ones in the case for the same price. Seriously why do we want cold buns when we wanted to eat them in the food court. Seriously stop having all these kids with attitudes running this place. You have so many people standing around doing nothing.

Was just there to grab a couple for myself and my family. We actually wanted ice cream but decided we hadn’t had Cinnabon in a while. Cinnabon itself as a Corp. is a 10/10. But the woman working there was rude and probably had something against us racially. Completely ignored us as we went up to order. I was surprised but simply gave her the beef it of the doubt. Waited a beat or two before I repeated my “excuse me”. It was like I didn’t exist. Saw an ice cream place next door & decided we’d go there instead. Saw people walk up after us and order without an issue. And they weren’t wearing masks + I saw the other bald guy cough without covering his mouth while kneading the dough. Gross.

Worst Cinnabon ever. Drove 25 mins, 5 months pregnant for a Cinnabon and had high Hope's for the turn out.... I left disappointed. I shouldn't have thought twice about requesting fresh cinnabons but I did. Spent almost $20 for 3 items that were cold and not to mention the $5 I spent on a coffee that was terrible. I decided to go back and request a little french vanilla syrup thinking that would help but I got a rude look from who seemed to be the manager and hesitated to even help me. Needless to say the coffee and half the order went to waste. Not even the $2 coupon was worth utilizing here. I should have asked for a refund on the coffee but didn't want to deal with the lack of service again. I will never go back and do not recommend this location.
