Caribou Coffee

I love the staff at this location. (County Rd D and White Bear Ave) Things have been rough for them during the pandemic and the hours have been a little crazy but they are always friendly anyways. They know my drink order by now and it comes out perfectly every time. I look forward to my afternoon Caribou pick-me-up each day. Yum!

Lots of room for seating and an area for private meetings. Been going here for years. But the staff at this time are all very rude, ignore the customers inside the store, 3 employees told me it wasn't their job to take my order while they stood talking and laughing at the drive thru as i stood at the register for over 10 minutes just waiting to order a simple coffee. Then was told if i wanted to order i had to ring the bell otherwise they wont come to the counter? There was no bell in sight. . It needs better management.

Terribly understaffed. The wait is much too long for any reasonable person. You could drive to a different coffee shop, get your coffee, and drive back to this location before making it through the drive through line here. The problem is not with the employees, it's with management for understaffing and underpaying the employees Edit: I contacted Caribou customer relations and their response was basically 'sorry, not sorry'

The personality the customer that was enjoyable to order from and had very positive attitude and it made the place a lot more comfortable there's only one thing missing is and I'd like to see some soothing jazz music play and why you're sitting back relaxing Drink in your coffee and I mean not lol just you know just a really low key but real nice music this way you can build a hear each other talk with listen to music too

I am not sure why this happens. But it’s happened on more than one occasion at this location. (Haven’t had one sip). I order a medium or large coffee and when I scrape away what foam they have added it ends up being the next size down from what I order. I really enjoy my coffee I get from caribou (I’d say it’s about 5 days a week). But recently.....NOT HAPPY! Times are tough right now. This may have been my last one!! 🥴😢
